Responsible for the implementation and/or execution of financial, administrative, people management, required for the smooth and effective operation of an organization
Build, update and maintain planning and forecasting modeling tools and analyses, independently and collaboratively, in order to provide insights into financial trends and expected I.T. related expenditures.
Lead budgeting process for operational and project driven demands, including resource labor planning and capital commitments.
Partner with Project Management Office to ensure alignment of project management system data with financial system data at capital account level.
Captures, analyzes and reports on key business, financial, compliance, project and/or compliance areas
Provide financial oversight of contractor and project related accruals, labor capitalization and month end closing processes.
Provide financial guidance on and oversight of capitalization policies and procedures, working closely with accounting to ensure policy compliance.
Work collaboratively within the team to align financial expenditures with brand level cost allocations and assist with financial allocation inquiries.
Develop and deliver effective and timely business analysis and reporting both ad hoc and at the request of the management team to further support business strategies and operational objectives.
Preparation of communications within the organization.
Participates in organizational change initiatives for the organization
Implements governance activities for the organization
BA/BS in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
10+ years’ experience in IT and some exposure to financial and administrative processes and activities in a manufacturing environment.
10+ years working with IT financials and/or IT benchmarking.
Understanding the fundamentals of Organizational Management, Operations and Planning, Organizational Portfolio Management, Risk Management, and Operations Excellence
Exposure to change management and the use of IT metrics..
Budgeting and forecast experience.
Knowledge of ITFM
Familiarity with ATUM and or GTR models
Developing and implementing IT Dashboards
