Responsibilities:

Design Engineering Specialist I/II/III (Engineering Coordinator)

ECO (Engineering Change Order) Coordinators work directly with the design engineering team and coordinate the ECO process from initial request through implementation and archive.

Responsibilities:

  • ​Ensure ECOs are written correctly; may provide training

  • Ensure document revision control is maintained in the vault, library and archive

  • Generate weekly agendas to communicate ECO status throughout the facility

  • Assist Manufacturing Engineering, Purchasing, Materials, and Service Parts as needed

  • Data Analysis and management to bring legacy data into compliance

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum 2 years applicable experience within a manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience interpreting/comprehending ECOs

  • Familiar with AWP products and processes desired

  • Good Understanding of revision control

  • Familiar with TMS or other business operating system including inventory rules and searches

  • Understanding of bills of materials, engineering principles and the ability to translate production change information into aftermarket requirements.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

  • Experience with Solid Works, Adobe Illustrator, Author-it, CorelDraw or Database Publishing software desireable a plus

  • Degree in Computer Aided Drafting, Graphic Design or equivalent experience a plus
