About the Position:

The primary purpose of this role is focused on compliance, timeliness and accuracy of processing customer orders, renewals and cancellations formachine and product related supportto exceed our customer expectation.


  • Order management by entering order in TMS system

  • Audits / checks on SOX compliance

  • Maintaining contact with our productions plants in order to obtain lead times.

  • Deliver daily performance plan

  • Health & Safety Compliance

  • Audit Compliance and adherence to process and Genie/Terex policies

  • Provide High Level of Transactional Quality

  • Develop Skills through Training

  • Produce and Deliver Documentation for Order to Invoice Process

  • Creating necessary documentation to fulfil order ( PO requisitions, Letter of credits etc.)


Education / qualifications:

  • MBO(+) educational level

  • Language: fluent in English is a must (spoken and written) + language of the position as published

  • Additional languages: native Italian or German or French or Spanish is an advantage


  • Good network relationship skills

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

  • Process problem solving abilities

  • Proven track record in a high pressure environment

  • Proven experience with multiple systems and structured, disciplined and flexible
