Oklahoma City is a unique site to Terex Corporation in North America, manufacturing for each of the business segments: Terex Aerial Work Platforms, Terex Cranes, and Terex Materials Processing. Its workforce of 360+ team members is anticipated to grow by more than 1,000 over the next few years. The 100+ acre facility has recently begun an extensive remodel to accommodate the business’ growth.
Perform body work: repair dents, scratches, etc. as needed. Prepare to paint: sand, blow with air nozzle, wipe down with thinner, tape and clean surfaces.
Prepare materials and equipment. Prime to paint parts and equipment. Hang parts on hooks or spread out on pallets to spray primer. Paint parts with the appropriate color and material. Paint machinery as a finished product.
Touch up machinery for shipment. Check equipment for light spots/scratches which may rust, runs in primer, debris on surfaces.
May sort parts and forward to different areas for assembly. Perform minor assembly and disassembly.
High School diploma
1 year + of painting work experience preferred.
Liquid coating experience required.
Experience operating forklift and/or overhead crane preferred, but not required.
