Build strong customer relationships, loyalty and retention through exceptional customer service.
Provide timely and courteous phone support for incoming parts, service and warranty inquiries, including providing customer quotes as necessary. Work effectively with others in a team based environment to accomplish company goals and to identify and resolve problems. Process customer orders and warranty orders in system, issue RMAs for customer returns and issue POs for vendor direct shipments. Interact with warehouse to release orders & provide shipping instructions. Communicate parts on hand shortages, warranty issues and service requests to appropriate departments. Generate sales through customer communication and assistance. Follow up and expedite all backorders. Must be knowledgeable in the policies and procedures established by the company.

Prior experience in a CSR or Sales Support role
Technical skills to explain wood grinders/chippers and some smaller attachments related to wood processing
Able to gather and analyze relevant information, and coordinate work with other team members.
Ability to read blueprints and schematics
Ability to build and maintain customer relations
Function independently within context of day-to-day activities.
Able to work independently and with a team.
Excellent organization and sales promotion skills.
Good communication and writing skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Technical skills to explain mixer truck components and answer repair questions
Fairly light physical activity associated with an office environment, LIfting10 pounds occasionally, frequent lifting of 1-2 pounds.
