Reporting to the Warehouse and Logistics manager the Logistics Administrator will be responsible for arranging despatch/ collection of all outbound freight in a timely and efficient manner, liasing with relevant internal departments, approved freight partners and dealers to ensure a high level of customer service is maintained.


  • Ensuring the logistics department is fully compliant with all global trade procedures by liaising with the appropriate authorities (eg. Chamber of Commerce) on all such matters

  • Arranging all outbound despatches and collections and providing accurate DOA's to the relevant parties

  • Liaising with internal departments, dealers and freight partners

  • Analyzing trends and recommending process improvements

  • Preparing and processing documentation when required eg. COO’s, EUR1’s, ATR’s, Letters of Credit.

  • Liaising with the appropriate authorities to ensure we remain compliant and up to date with any new requirements


  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent with passes in Maths or English

  • Previous experience in the preparation and completion of import/export documentation and an understanding of global trade procedures would be desirable

  • Experience in a high volume business, shipping and sourcing globally would be desirable.

  • Experience in understanding data analysis

  • Must have proven experience of working in a fast moving environment where ability to deliver is paramount

  • Must have excellent IT skills in Microsoft packages
