Terex are currently recruiting for a Customer Services Representative for their Dungannon site. This role will provide support to the dealer network with regard to their open order books, receive and manage orders through internal systems to ensure all customer and departmental needs are met within the required time frame.


  • Manage Dealer open order books

  • Advising price and availability

  • Assist in the sourcing of parts identified

  • Liaising with internal departments and external supplies

  • Responsible for communicating with the dealer network concerning their problems through internal Customer Support Link Systems

  • Partake in customer service calls and identify areas for improvement


  • Educated to a minimum of GCSE standard or equivalent which will include English and Maths at grade C or aboveAbility to organize and prioritise workload using your own initiative to meet deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent written skills as most of the work will be written (email, documentation etc)

  • Excellent telephone mannerisms

  • Must have the ability to be a good listener and to really understand a customer problem or question and help them resolve them.

  • Excellent organizational skills and be able to prioritise your workload using your own initiative

  • Have experience of working within a busy office environment ideally in a customer service role

  • Experience of the crushing and screening industry would be desirable though not essential
