About the Position
Title: Sales Coordinator Co-Op
Type: 6 – 12 Month Paid Co-Op
Reports to: Inside Sales Manager

This position is an inside sales role that provides the quotations and orders process and providing customer solutions, price proposals and bid awards for customers.
Assisting in interpreting and evaluating technical specifications, research and understand integration of appropriate components, analyze and determine the cost of equipment and create all proposal content customized to the requestor’s needs.
Helping to lead specification review meetings with appropriate functions to properly evaluate customer requirements and determine best customer solutions.
Assist in reviewing proposal data and documents submitted by engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and sales to ensure accuracy and standards are met.
Assist with using quoting software tools, CRM and ERP systems to analyze costs associated with quotations, orders and equipment build histories.
Supporting utilization of quoting software tools, CRM and ERP systems to analyze costs associated with quotations, orders and equipment build histories.
Help to create sales orders after award of bid by detailing all documentation, reports, supplier quotes, and ensuring conformity with customer expectations.

Supporting communication with outside sales and customers regarding unit build changes during the engineering and manufacturing phases.
Junior or Senior year standing (as of Fall 2017) at accredited 4 year university/college.
Pursuing a full-time undergraduate or graduate degree in Sales, Business Administration or other related field
Minimum of a cumulative GPA of 3.0 required to submit resume to Terex Career Database.
Previous customer service or sales background is a plus
Desire to build a career in Sales
Track record of demonstrable accomplishments in school and at work.
