This resource is dedicated to supporting segment and field Human Resources, and providing key support on enterprise wide HR projects which are rolled out across segments and businesses. The successful candidate will be customer service oriented, forging excellent relationships and providing customer support to all levels. The role encompasses project work, annual process support, data audits, and some monthly reporting. This role will also support the corporate HR team as required with ad-hoc requests. Work as part of the segment HR team to support the completion of all HR deliverables, with a key focus on data requirements such as HR database accuracy and headcount reporting, supporting global salary planning and annual local bonus and sales commission calculations and analysis.
Interact and support a wide range of contacts world-wide, handling each with diplomacy
Support the businesses to provide and manage team member initiatives, working with Corporate HR to deliver on regular programs such as service awards, recognition programs and other projects.
Maintain essential functions of the HR department – such as new hire paperwork and electronic employee files.
Develop schedule of regular weekly and monthly reports based on the segment requirements such as headcount, recruitment, turnover, and reports for annual or short-term projects and initiatives.
Manage local bonus and sales commission documentation, adherence to approval requirements and submission deadlines.
Support global salary planning and performance management process, including daily reporting, audits and summary reports for leadership.
Monthly updating of SharePoint sites as required.
Review of segment HR team support requirements.
Ongoing reporting including monthly dashboard, weekly headcount, new hire and turnover reports, daily data change reports. Multiple data audits between systems.
I-9 processing and file maintenance, recertification and work authorization updates.
Tracking and reporting of team member recognition programs.
Conduct and support investigations of allegations of team member misconduct.
Back-up support for Benefits department reporting and leave of absence questions.
Minimum of 3 years HR experience
Minimum of 3 years of analysis and reporting
Preferred Skills and Attributes
Microsoft Office, including Excel (strong), PowerPoint, Word. Competency should include formulas, pivot tables and comfort around handling salary data
Basic HR knowledge including employment law, compensation & HRIS
High attention to detail
