Oklahoma City is a unique site to Terex Corporation in North America, manufacturing for each of the business segments: Terex Aerial Work Platforms, Terex Cranes, and Terex Materials Processing. Its workforce of 360+ team members is anticipated to grow by more than 1,000 over the next few years. The 100+ acre facility has recently completed an extensive remodel to accommodate the business’ growth.

This position offers $2,000 relocation allowance, and $1,000 sign on bonus to those who qualify.

Responsibilities:

Applicants must be able to work in a fast paced environment, and be comfortable with overhead cranes. This position may include assembling equipment components, sub-assemblies, and accessories, as well as setting up the finished product. The Senior Production Associate must have broad experience in the all aspects of assembly. The team member may also be involved with the testing of the final product.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Strong orientation toward safety, quality, and continuous improvement

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis

  • Ability to work 10 hour days and overtime as required

  • Ability to read prints and shop manuals, and ability to follow detailed test procedures

  • Experience in electrical and hydraulic assembly

  • Experience working with hand and air tools

  • Experience working in a fast paced environment is desired

  • Familiarity with a manufacturing environment is desired

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

  • 3+ years experience in heavy equipment manufacturing desired
