Terex Corporation Sales Graduate Development Program - MP US in Louisville, Kentucky

Overview:

Terex is looking for ambitious, positive and resourceful college graduates to work within our Materials Processing Divisional Sales teams in the US. Locations include Louisville, KY and southern New Hampshire. Our Divsion is based in Northern Ireland, and there may be the opportunity to travel for additional technical product training and or to train for a specific period of time in Northern Ireland for certain brand roles. Applicants must be available to travel and possess or have the ability to obtain passport.

Our 1 year Graduate Program will see participants complete a training program that focuses on product knowledge, sales distribution networks, selling techniques, and business unit overview. This will include training to gain an understanding of our business, commercial awareness, product & brand training and the completion of a project. You will also be assigned a mentor from our sales team as part of this program.

There are positions available in Terex MP US sites in Louisville, Kentucky and Newton, New Hampshire, however you must be willing to travel and/or relocate to the region, depending on the business need. Some brands will require additional travel to Northern Ireland for product training, these graduates must be willing to travel abroad for an extended period of time for training.

Over the year, your performance and development will be continually assessed. Upon completion of the Program participants will have the skills and tools to become a successful Sales person. You will have the opportunity to work in one of our Sales departments and realize your full potential.

Qualifications/Experience

  • Engineering/Business Graduatedegree (minimum BS/BA)

  • Fluentin English, written andverbal

  • Willingto relocate to a training hub, within your country or region, for the duration of theprogram

  • Uponcompletion of the program, you must be willing to stay at the hub location or relocate within your country/region, depending on the business need (we cannot confirm final placement destination at time ofoffer)

  • Technicalsupport, pre-sales support, installation or sales experience in the technology industrypreferred

  • Salesexperience preferred (including retail sales, corporate internships or entrepreneurial programs)
