Terex University is our web-based tool that organizes all training and development resources in one convenient place Within Terex University, you can register for instructor-led classes, complete self-paced online courses or simply browse our course catalog to see what development opportunities may interest you in the future. Terex Team Members are assigned a new hire curricula that is to be completed within their first 90 days at the organization. This curriculum reinforces the expectations that we have for new hires, and is intended to provide a foundation for how to be successful in your role at Terex.

Terex offers supervisory and management development courses to help enhance the skills of front-line supervisors, group leads, team leads, managers, and others. These classroom based courses support the Terex Business System and are grounded in the Terex Way values, with a particular emphasis on Servant Leadership. Each course provides practical examples and includes discussion and skill practice to help participants understand how to apply the concepts back on the job.
