Position : HelpdeskCoordinator
Location : Dungannon
Reporting to : Helpdesk & Service Manager
Reporting to the Helpdesk & Service Manageryou will be responsible for providing a first class service to our dealers and customers worldwide including technical assistance, parts, warranty and quality support and training on our products.
Main Duties will include:
Working as part of a dedicated team delivering first class service to dealers and customers
Provide technical support to our Global Dealer Network
Researching and responding to customer enquiries on parts & warranty
Cooperate with product group engineers and quality team to ensure products are manufactured and delivered to the highest quality standards
Ensuring all Part Manuals are accurate and updated as required
Cooperate with product group engineers to develop performance and test criteria for new products and product upgrades
To investigate and resolve customer problems in a timely manner
Good general mechanical and electrical knowledge desirable
Have the ability to read drawings and technical publications effectively
Able to work effectively across a range of cultures
Hold a valid clean driverslicenceand valid passport
Be computer literate in the usual range of Microsoft Products
5 GCSE's, grade C or above
